We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames from your approval: (note: business days)
- Australia (metropolitan areas) – between 3 and 5 days;
- Australia (regional areas) – between 3 and 7 days
However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer. Sometimes international orders can take longer if the item takes longer to process through customs. Unfortunately, this cannot be controlled. If you have not received your Items within our designated time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare however they can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise regarding your orders being delivered and will remain in contact with you.
Luxe Lace is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier – we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
